KFU PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT

In 2020 a single donor, Jeannie Driscoll, gifted KFU the money to purchase property in Kampala to create a forever home for Kids First. The land is being developed to include an official office and board room for Director, Joshua Kizito, and the Uganda Board of Directors. A safe house for women fleeing from domestic violence and seasonal flooding, a media and ICT center, a public restroom and shower facility, a kitchen, greenhouse and demonstration gardens, storage, and a landscaped open space for vocational training workshops and KFU special events is also being developed. While progress is being made we still need funding to complete the renovations and purchase furnishings for the buildings. When completed all of these initiatives will help us meet our goal of economic sustainability. If one of these initiatives speaks to you, please consider donating to any of the projects highlighted below. As always we are grateful for your support.
